In late August, 2000, Mestek, Inc., through a newly formed entity, titled "Airtherm, LLC" purchased the assets of the original Airtherm. The Forrest City plant remains the facility from which the fan coils are manufactured. The Airtherm heating products are manufactured in other Mestek facilities. Though the financial functions and other corporate functions for Airtherm are conducted in Westfield, MA, the corporate headquarters, the sales, engineering and production functions are operated from the new St. Louis, MO office.
