The American Walnut Manufacturers Association is an international trade association representing manufacturers of walnut lumber, dimension lumber, veneer, walnut squares, and gunstock blanks. The association was first organized in 1912.
The purpose of the association is to help the industry build and maintain better markets for walnut and lead in efforts to ensure proper management, and sustainability of the timber supply, of all fine hardwoods, especially walnut. [1]
