BANDERA DRILLING CO. INC., was formed in October 1975 by Ray and Ann Brazzel in Abilene, Texas. Ray started working in the oilfield in 1956 learning all facets of operation. Ann was an elementary teacher who learned office management through trial and error. Together, with Ann keeping books on the kitchen table and Ray working in the field, they began a journey that continues today. [1]
