E7014 is a high-speed iron powder type electrode that can be used on AC or DC welding current. This electrode has a rutile base and iron powder addition to increase deposition rates and give welder appeal. Easy slag removal and outstanding bead appearance. This electrode has smooth arc characteristics, good arc stability, low spatter and produces medium to low penetration. E7014 offers outstanding slag removal and bead appearance. This rod is ideal for jobs that require high deposition and speed of travel. This electrode is frequently used for short, irregular, poorly fit or downhill joints with medium to low penetration.

Use for a variety of steels including low, medium and high carbon steels, free machining steels, low alloy structures, and high carbon castings.
