Pipe Plug
The plug is like a weld cap and is designed to close off the end of a run of pipe. Plugs are manufactured for screwed fittings with male threads and are screwed into the end of a pipe to create a seal. A pipe plug may be made out of a solid piece of bar stock that is turned and threaded or it may be cast as such.
