\( H \;=\; C_p \cdot ( T_2 - T_1) \) (Isobaric Process - Enthalpy)
\( C_p \;=\; \dfrac{ H }{ T_2 - T_1 }\)
\( T_2 \;=\; \dfrac{ T_2 + T_1 }{ C_p }\)
\( T_1 \;=\; T_2 - \dfrac{ H }{ C_p } \)
Isobaric process is a thermodynamic process in which the pressure of the system remains constant. Since pressure is constant, any change in enthalpy can be directly related to the heat transfer under constant pressure conditions.
