Salvage value, abbreviated S, is the effective life usage got equipment such as machinery. vehicles, etc.

 

Salvage value Formula

\(\large{ S = P -  \left( Dep \; Y  \right)   }\)   

Where:

\(\large{ S }\) = salvage value

\(\large{ Dep }\) = depreciation

\(\large{ Y }\) = number of years

\(\large{ P }\) = origional price
