Estimate at Completion
Estimate at completion, abbreviated as EAC, is the sum of the actual cost to date and the estimated sum to complete the project.
Estimate at Completion Formula |
\(\large{ EAC = AC + \left(BAC - EV\right) }\) |

\(\large{ EAC }\) = estimate at completion |
\(\large{ AC }\) = actual cost |
\(\large{ BAC }\) = budget at completion |
\(\large{ EV }\) = earned value |
Estimate at Completion Formula |
\(\large{ EAC = \frac{ BAC }{ CPI } }\) |

\(\large{ BAC }\) = budget at completion |
\(\large{ CPI }\) = cost performance index |
Estimate at Completion Formula |
